Information Gathered by FODAC

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Donors who want to remain anonymous in FODAC publications such as our annual report, may e-mail us at fodac@fodac.org to have their name removed from our donor list.

Testimonials
BrettCarr

“I have a son that is 7 with C.P. (cerebral palsy). I heard about FODAC through his therapist. We were so blessed to hear that we could get a chair for him. (If) we hadn’t heard about FODAC, we wouldn’t have been able to afford to get him one.”
