Equipment and Services that Help Redefine Access to Mobility

For people with permanent or temporary
disabilities, wheelchairs, home ramps
and vehicle modifications remove the
limited mobility barrier.

Changing Lives for People with Disabilities

FODAC is a statewide and national provider of home health care equipment—mobility aids and daily living devices for people with disabilities and the newly injured.

Welcome to FODAC

With a strong network of volunteers and partners, FODAC provides refurbished equipment and services for disabled adults and children to improve their overall quality of life. Over the years, our model to assist disabled individuals has remained the same: to provide free or low-cost wheelchairs and other durable medical equipment, vehicle and home adaptations and more. Above all, our staff is like a family that works together to make every day a little easier, and a little more affordable, for people in need.

I’m very thankful and excited about the modifications made to my house. I love my ramp too, Danny Overstreet helped build.
